Connect solar panels to inverters, batteries, and the electrical grid safely and efficiently. Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of existing solar installations. Strong problem‑solving skills with attention to detail. Physical stamina and the ability to work at heights and lift heavy equipment safely. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Relevant certifications (e.g., NABCEP, OSHA) are a plus. Experience Minimum of 1–3 years of hands‑on experience in solar panel installation or renewable energy systems. Experience with residential, commercial, or utility‑scale solar installations preferred. Working Hours Full‑time position, typically 40–45 hours per week.
