Our client, an industrial manufacturing organization, is seeking a Cleaning and Production Associate to join their team. As a Cleaning and Production Associate, you will be part of the manufacturing support team supporting production operations and facility maintenance. The ideal candidate will have reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Cleaning and Production Associate

Location: Gwinn, Michigan

Pay Range:

Shift: Monday-Thursday 6am-4:30pm

What's the Job?

• Clean and maintain workspaces in a plastics manufacturing environment, including bathrooms, garbage removal, lawn maintenance, and snow removal.
• Manufacture urethane parts per specifications and work instructions.
• Follow all documented standard operating procedures and sign off on appropriate documentation as required.
• Perform quality workmanship in all aspects of the job and sanitize surfaces and equipment according to safety standards.
• Dispose of waste and recyclables properly, restock cleaning supplies, and report inventory needs.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: 2-5 years custodial experience and/or 2-5 years manufacturing experience. Painting capability is a plus.
• Ability to work and communicate effectively with others.
• Be flexible and capable of multi-tasking.
• Reliability and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in an industrial setting.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, bend, and stand for extended periods.
