Assists in general pharmacy duties as directed, may be asked to assist in various positions throughout the pharmacy as needed. Duties may include the filling of medications in correct packaging according to home preference, without error, and in a timely manner. Attributes Required: Work Ethic/Integrity, Problem Solving, Team Oriented. Essential Job Functions include assisting in filling medication orders, prioritizing work to ensure prescriptions are filled per delivery schedule, pulling labels, sorting and scanning orders, monitoring delivery dashboard, performing checks on totes, returning medications to shelf, assisting in quarterly physical inventory, communicating issues with Director, serving as back-up fill tech or cycle stager, using appropriate auxiliary labels, providing assistance to other packing line technicians, arranging delivery totes, sorting medications into route-specific groups, writing up delivery manifests, preparing controlled medications for delivery, maintaining clean and orderly scanning area, and other duties as assigned. Education and/or Certifications: High School Diploma or GED preferred. Skills and Qualifications: Advanced computer skills; pharmacy operations system experience preferred/required, ability to work independently and deliver to deadlines, problem-solving skills, attention to detail and accuracy, ability to excel in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, quality minded. Work Environment: Ability to work flexible hours, flexible schedule required (8-hour shift), hours subject to change based on pharmacy needs.
