Senior Architectural Designer – New York City, NY

🛠️ Role & Responsibilities

• Attend and lead client meetings, both virtually and in-person
• Manage projects across all stages, from concept design to construction completion
• Create schematic designs, 2D drawings, and 3D renderings/perspectives
• Present design schemes to clients and internal teams for approval
• Mentor junior team members and collaborate with wider interior and project management teams
• Produce and oversee construction drawing packages and specifications

📋 Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years’ experience in architecture, primarily high-end hospitality (hotels & F&B)
• Degree in Architecture or similar (LEED accreditation advantageous but not essential)
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, 3DS Max, SketchUp, Adobe Suite (other 3D software welcome)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating concept design, technical delivery, and client presentation skills
• Experience with renovation projects and construction documentation
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
