Job Description

University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant to provide exceptional support and care to our clients in Milford, MI. This role involves assisting individuals with daily living activities to enhance their quality of life and promote independence. Responsibilities

Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
Help with mobility and transfer assistance
Provide companionship and emotional support
Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed
Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean environment
Monitor and report any changes in client condition or needs to supervisors
Follow care plans and safety protocols at all times

Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and assisting with mobility
Compassionate, patient, and reliable
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
Must be able to pass background checks and meet company health standards
