Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and patient Driving Instructor to join our team and contribute to the education and training of new drivers. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and a passion for ensuring the safety and competence of future drivers. As a Driving Instructor, you will play a pivotal role in imparting essential driving skills, promoting road safety, and preparing students for successful driver's license examinations.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (less than 4 point).
• Excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to adapt teaching methods to different learning styles.
• Good understanding of traffic laws, road safety practices, and vehicle operation.
• Ability to inspire confidence and trust in students while promoting safe driving behaviors.
• Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate students' schedules.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for maintaining accurate records and schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Driver Training: Provide comprehensive and structured driving lessons to students of various skill levels, ensuring they gain a solid foundation in road rules, safe driving practices, and vehicle operation techniques.

2. In-Car Instruction: Conduct practical in-car training sessions, focusing on teaching essential driving maneuvers, defensive driving strategies, parking techniques, and proper vehicle handling.

3. Individualized Coaching: Tailor instruction to meet individual student needs, addressing specific weaknesses and areas requiring improvement to develop confident and skilled drivers.

4. Safety Emphasis: Instill a strong emphasis on safety practices, hazard recognition, and risk management during driving lessons to cultivate responsible and cautious drivers.

5. Progress Evaluation: Assess students' driving skills, knowledge, and readiness for road tests, providing constructive feedback and recommendations for improvement.

6. Records Maintenance: Maintain accurate records of students' progress, lesson plans, and training schedules to track individual achievements and areas for further development.

7. Communication: Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues, addressing inquiries, explaining lesson plans, and providing updates on student progress.
