Job Description
Currently seeking a Document Control Clerk for a temporary opportunity in Warwick, RI.
Responsibilities of Document Control Clerk:
- Utilize QLink Software to manage paper and electronical documents
-Create electronic document templates
-Scan documents using IMS Software
-Modify Manufacturing Product Specifications
- Assist in database management
-Pull and distribute status reports and distribute
-Perform other related tasks as assigned
Requirements of Document Control Clerk:
-Minimum High School Diploma
-Excellent computer skills
-Previous experience with office machinery including, copiers, scanner, and fax machines
-Proficient Microsoft Office Software skills
-Ability to type 30-50 words per minute
-Knowledgeable of ERP Software and Database software
-Good attention to detail and organizational skills
Hours: 8:00am-4:30pm Monday-Friday with some flexibility
Pay Rate: $19.00-$22.00/hr
