ADVISOR - ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGE MANAGEMENT

Organizational Change Management. Having deep understanding of the processes, tools and techniques needed to help manage the people side of change. For this role, we need you to have experience managing an Organizational Change Initiative or having played a key role on a team managing an Organizational Change Initiative
It would also be great if you have a breadth of experience across
Project Management. Having experience formally and independently managing the scope, budget and schedule of a project is ideal. Additional experience with Stakeholder, Communication and Risk Management Plans is also helpful.
Continuous Improvement . Having some awareness of Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, or PDCA would make you a well-rounded advisor. Experience or certifications would be even better.
Bachelors or Masters in any field or 3-5+ years of applicable experience.
