Some travel is required for client meetings, internal meetings, conferences, and other events. Overview Acceleration Partners is accepting applications for Account Manager roles within our growing Affiliate Marketing team. As an Account Manager, you will take ownership of client relationships, manage affiliate marketing campaigns, and work closely with senior leaders to develop and execute strategies that ensure long-term client success. Additionally, you will lead recruitment efforts, engage in networking opportunities, and mentor junior team members. Responsibilities Client Engagement & Relationship Building: Collaborate with Account Directors/Senior Account Managers to cultivate strong relationships and deliver high-quality outputs. Partnership Opportunities & Strategy: Lead discussions in meetings using data insights to pitch innovations and align strategies with client objectives. Campaign Execution & Operations: Manage day-to-day execution of campaigns and assist senior team members in maintaining client relationships. Data Analytics & Strategic Recommendations: Analyze performance data to generate actionable insights; forecast trends and present data-driven recommendations to align KPIs with business goals. Campaign & Partner Management: Nurture key partners to ensure alignment with client objectives; attend industry events to build relationships and identify new partners. Operational Execution & Tactical Adjustments: Implement affiliate marketing strategies across multiple accounts and optimize performance through monitoring and adjustments. Leadership & Mentorship: Mentor Associate Account Managers and delegate tasks to promote development and efficiency. What Success Looks Like By 6 Months : Support multiple client accounts, collaborate with senior team members on client strategy, optimize campaigns using data insights, and maintain client KPIs and satisfaction scores (8+). By 1 Year : Take full accountability for client programs, coach Associate Account Managers, and sustain high client satisfaction with Net Promoter Score (8+).
