Job Summary: Leads group sessions, guiding students physical postures, breathing techniques, and meditation to improve physical and mental well-being.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide 60min long class instruction to guests.
• Provide full guidance in correct form and alternative poses during classes.
• Educate guests by teaching safe and effective exercise principles.
• Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to guest needs and concerns
• Frequent checks of equipment and Yoga Dome to ensure safety and prevent loss and/or injury to users.
• Report any equipment malfunctions to Spa Management
• Ensure all guests sign in sheet and waivers
• Performs other duties as assigned by manager

QUALIFICATIONS:

To perform this job successfully, incumbent must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. • Certified Instructor in Yoga and mat Pilates
• 2 years of teaching experience in Yoga and mat Pilates
• It is important that you enjoy teaching mixed level classes to give every participant a good experience.
• Must be able to work holidays, weekends and evenings

PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to do the following:

• Stand, sit and walk for long periods of time or an entire shift, repetitive motions, climb stairs, balance, stoop, squat, bend, twist, kneel, reach, grasp and squeeze with both hands. Talk or hear; taste or smell.
• The employee must occasionally lift and/or move, carry, push and pull up to 30lbs
