Food Warehouse Cleaner

The Food Warehouse Cleaner is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the warehouse, including dry storage, refrigerated, and freezer areas. This position requires heavy leg work, frequent lifting, and extended periods of walking and standing in varying temperature conditions.

Location: 22000 E 38th Ave Aurora CO 80019

Shift: 5am-1:30pm Days off set by manager at site. Requirements: Able to lift 50+lbs regularly throughout shift. Payrate: $17.00 Hourly

Basic Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• No experience required and on the job training provided
• No high school diploma, GED or college degree required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Customer service experience
• 1 year of similar work experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize floors, walls, racks, and equipment in dry, refrigerated, and freezer zones.
• Remove spills, debris, and waste promptly to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.
• Operate cleaning equipment such as scrubbers, sweepers, and pressure washers.
• Handle cleaning chemicals safely and follow proper procedures.
• Perform routine deep cleaning and assist with pest control measures.
• Report any maintenance or safety issues immediately.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to perform heavy leg work, including walking, bending, and standing for long periods.
• Comfortable working in temperature-controlled environments: dry storage, refrigerated areas, and freezers (cold conditions).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
