Typical task breakdown:
- Use design processes (e.g., wireframes, prototypes, personas, user research, journey maps, skills etc.) and tools, along with design presentation skills, to take digital solutions from concept to market in collaboration with stakeholders and team members. (70%)
- Represent the voice of the customer and advocate for user needs, while considering business goals and technical constraints. (15%)
- Contribute to the design and definition of features, along with user research needs, to enable project or product delivery to drive outcomes and ensure high quality of design deliverables that adhere to our standards. (15%)
Interaction with team :
- Working with 1 designer (lead) and the rest of the team ( total of 8 other designers), Plus a research team.

Education & Experience Required:
- Degree and/or Equivalent ( 5+ years experience in User experience )
- Equivalent is equal to 10+ years working in User Experience; or Certification in UX through a program such as, HFI or General Assembly, and 5+ years working experience in User Experience
