Compensation & Benefits:
The expected salary range is $57,868 - $71,003 per year. Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement. Other benefits, subject to elections and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Health, and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Insurance (Accident, Group Legal, Life), Defined Contribution Retirement Plan.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma required. Associates degree or equivalent background preferred. Experience in Manufacturing, Warehouse, or Operations Preferred. 3 + years' experience in Supervising Others Preferred. Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills. Experience in Coaching and Monitoring Performance of Others - Take Others With You. Able to Instruct and Teach Others. Skills in Organizing, Planning and Prioritizing Work. Troubleshooting and Problem Solving Capabilities. Knowledge of General Regulatory & Safety Processes and Procedures. Mechanical and Technical Aptitude.
