What You’ll Do
As an Associate, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-impact tax services to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
· Conducting Cost Segregation Analyses & Fixed Asset Reviews
· Supporting Client Communication and Project Coordination
· Participating in Site Visits & Data Collection
· Managing Project Administration & Financials
· Assisting in Form 3115 Filing & Form 4562 Review
· Create Client Deliverables & Project Documentation
· Assisting with Corporate Fixed Asset Accounting
· Routine Collaboration with Firm’s Founder
What We’re Looking For
· Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business-related field
· Strong analytical & organizational skills
· Excellent written & verbal communication
· Proficiency in Microsoft Business Suite
· Ability to work independently in a remote environment
· A proactive, detail-oriented mindset
Nice-to-Haves
· Internship or professional experience in accounting
· Exposure to fixed asset accounting or cost segregation
· Experience with client-facing roles & client communication
· Familiarity with project management & deadlines
