Job Summary
Island Sun Tanning has been helping clients look and feel their best since 1995. With multiple locations across Bucks and Montgomery Counties, were known for our professional, clean, and welcoming atmosphere offering UV tanning, sunless spray tanning, red light therapy, and more.

Were currently seeking a Weekend Store Manager whos passionate about wellness, sales, and leadership to oversee the daily operations of our busy store. As the Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for hiring, training, and supervising staff, scheduling shifts, maintaining meticulous records, and promoting our company.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily weekend operations of the salon
• Work Friday day or night, all day Saturday and Sunday
• Hire, train and motivate a high-performing team
• Deliver an exceptional client experience at every visit
• Adhere to the highest standards in cleanliness and service standards
• Monitor sales goals and support team performance
• Promote Island Sun events and in-store promotions

Qualifications

• Proven leadership or management experience (retail or wellness industry preferred)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Goal-driven with a positive, team-first mindset
• Must work all weekends (Friday afternoon/evening, Saturday and Sunday)
• Must be willing to attend training for 4 weeks for 4 weekdays/nights per week before taking over role as Weekend Assistant Manager
• Excellent communication skills and ability to respond to customers requests gracefully
