The ideal candidate will excel in research, negotiation, and logistics management, working collaboratively with vendors and internal teams. Experience working with Asian vendors and familiarity with the Asian market are highly preferred. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research and development to expand and refine the company’s product lines.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers to achieve optimal cost efficiency.
• Manage and track international shipments, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with regulations.
• Maintain strong communication with overseas vendors, including participating in evening calls to accommodate different time zones.
• Collaborate with the team to analyze market trends and supplier performance for decision-making.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of purchase orders, contracts, and shipment documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Experience working with Asian vendors and knowledge of the Asian market is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with international shipping processes and regulations is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software.
• Flexibility to participate in evening calls with overseas vendors.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000 per year
