We’re hiring a Staff Accountant and Financial Reviewer in Tualatin, OR!
If you’re an experienced accountant who loves both numbers and people , we’d love to meet you. At Books To Go , you’ll help privately owned businesses (typically $1M–$25M in annual sales) — and a few mission-driven nonprofits — gain financial clarity by reviewing their books, ensuring accuracy, and turning complex data into meaningful insights.

You’ll thrive here if you enjoy client interaction, QuickBooks Online, and using technology to streamline work - all while working within a collaborative, supportive team that values integrity and clarity.

What You’ll Do

As a Staff Accountant and Financial Reviewer , you’ll:

• Review client financial statements for accuracy, consistency, and clarity
• Identify and resolve discrepancies with a sharp eye for detail
• Provide clear, jargon-free insights to help clients understand their numbers
• Build trusted relationships through regular client conversations and reviews
• Collaborate closely with our team to share knowledge and solve problems
• Stay organized and meet deadlines by following our proven, efficient systems
• Ask questions, stay curious, and seek support when needed to deliver the best for our clients

Requirements

What You’ll Bring:

• 3+ years of accounting or financial review experience
• Experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO)
• The ability to adapt quickly to our systems and processes is imperative
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to clean, accurate financials
• Confidence communicating numbers and insights to non-financial audiences
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and shifting priorities
• A collaborative mindset and genuine desire to learn and grow
• Integrity, accountability, and pride in your work
• Availability for in-office work in Tualatin, OR
