About the Role
If you're organized, focused, and like getting things done without a lot of noise, this role will fit you well. Were looking for someone to help us keep our data clean, accurate, and up to date. You'll handle day-to-day data entry work, check for errors, and make sure everything in our systems lines up the way it should. The job is fully remote, and you can choose to work part-time or full-time depending on what fits your schedule.
What You'll Do
Enter and update customer info, order records, and internal data into our systems.
Review and correct entries to keep everything consistent and accurate.
Organize digital files and use clear naming conventions so they're easy to find later.
Work with team members through Slack, Teams, or Zoom to confirm unclear details.
Run checks and reports to spot and fix data issues before they pile up.
Suggest improvements to make the process smoother or reduce repetitive tasks.
What Were Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent. Any admin or IT coursework is a plus.
Strong typing skills (around 55 wpm or faster) with solid accuracy.
Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
Good organization skills and attention to small details.
Communicates clearly in writing and during virtual meetings.
Works well independently and manages time without much oversight.

Hourly pay: $15-$18.50 for part-time, $17-$20 for full-time, depending on experience.
