Job Title: Real Estate Development Analyst

Company: American Community Developers, Inc.

Location: East Side Metro Detroit

Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day support to a Senior Vice President of Development
• Coordinate and manage due diligence processes, including communication with lenders, investors, municipalities, attorneys, HUD offices, vendors, and property management
• Organize and maintain project documentation and files with accuracy and efficiency
• Interface with third-party consultants such as environmental firms, surveyors, and lenders
• Analyze development opportunities for funding eligibility, financial feasibility, and risk
• Monitor real estate market trends and innovative development practices
• Assist with administrative tasks and special projects as needed

Required Experience:

• Prior experience with real estate acquisition, loans, and investment transactions is a plus but not required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and internet research

Preferred Education:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate or Finance

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines
