University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant to join our team in Pinckney, MI. This role involves providing essential support to individuals who require assistance with daily living activities, helping them maintain independence and improve their quality of life. Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
• Support clients with mobility and transfers as needed.
• Help with meal preparation and feeding when required.
• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean environment.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Report any changes in client condition or concerns to supervisory staff promptly.
• Follow care plans and maintain accurate documentation.

Requirements

• Ability to perform physical tasks related to personal care assistance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, compassionate, and patient attitude.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Ability to pass background check
