We re looking for a confident and experienced Lead Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our dynamic team at a pediatric and orthodontic dental practice in Austin, TX. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled dental assistant who thrives in both pediatric and ortho settings and is ready to take on a leadership role.
About the Role:
As the Lead Combo RDA , you'll work closely with both the pediatric and orthodontic teams to support daily clinical operations, provide exceptional patient care, and lead by example. We're seeking someone with a positive attitude, strong leadership skills, and a passion for working with children and families.
Schedule:
Monday Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
What You ll Need:
Required Certifications:
Active Texas RDA License
Nitrous Monitoring Certification
Sealant Certification
Coronal Polishing Certification
Experience & Skills:
Clinical experience in both pediatric and orthodontic dentistry
Strong knowledge of dental terminology and clinical procedures
Leadership experience or potential to step into a lead role
Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
Reliable, professional, and organized with a child-friendly demeanor
