Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Financial Specialist to join our team. The Financial Specialist will be responsible for managing financial transactions, analyzing financial data, and providing financial guidance to our organization.
Responsibilities:- Manage financial transactions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing.- Analyze financial data and prepare accurate financial reports and statements.- Provide financial guidance to management for decision-making purposes.- Monitor and ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.- Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.- Conduct financial audits to identify discrepancies.
Experience:- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.- Proven work experience as a Financial Specialist or similar role.- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:- CPA certification is a plus.- Experience with financial modeling and forecasting software.- Knowledge of tax laws and regulations.
