Our client, a professional law office, is seeking a Part Time Office Receptionist to join their team. As a Part Time Office Receptionist, you will be an essential part of the office, supporting the daily operations and ensuring a welcoming environment for clients. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to handle sensitive information, which will align successfully with the organization's values.

Job Title: Part Time Office Receptionist

Location: Marquette, Michigan

Pay Range: $15.00 per Hour

Shift: Part Time - M/T/W 9AM-5PM

What's the Job?

• Greet clients and provide a warm welcome.
• Answer phone calls and take messages efficiently.
• Schedule appointments and manage the calendar.
• Handle general office tasks to support daily operations.
• Maintain confidentiality while managing sensitive financial information.

What's Needed?

• Must be reliable and presentable.
• Confidentiality is a must in this role.
• A criminal background check is required.
• Availability for Part Time - M/T/W 9AM-5PM.
• This is a temp to possible hire position.
