*Job Summary:*

*Southwest Eye Care*, based in Chaska, Minnesota, founded in Chaska in 2005 by three of their current physician partners, *Southwest Eye Care*(SWEC) is an ophthalmology and 10 optometrist private practice focused on providing eye care for all ages to the local community.

* Full ophthalmology services including cataract surgery, glaucoma care, LASIK & refractive surgery, eye injections, Botox, cosmetic lid services, and emergency services.

In addition to ten clinic locations, SWEC brings to the UVP team a Medicare-certified ambulatory surgical center, known as *Atlas Surgery Center*. Located in Chaska, the ASC offers individualized patient care and expert technology for cataract surgery and glaucoma treatment. Unifeye Vision Partners has partnered with SWEC a leading eye care provider in the Twin Cities area. The company provides management and support services to this private optometry practice, as well as their single-specialty eye surgery center.

UVP extends its operations to a network of 140 providers, 55 clinic locations, and 14 ambulatory surgery centers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $135,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
