Job Description

• High School Diploma or Equivalency.
• Candidate must have at least one year of experience in clerical support related work.
• One year of Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, mail merge, formulas to compare spreadsheets).

• Mail Clerks, Except Mail Machine Operators and Postal Service Title.
• Sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing business unit mail received from Mortgage Loan Originators, including but not.
• limited to opening, time stamping mail, opening, reading, sorting and routing incoming mail using electronic mail folders.
• recording/logging mail received tracking reports, keeping necessary records and completing forms.
• In addition, the candidate must possess and/or can:
• Work individually and as part of a team.
• Track and manage reporting projects without daily oversight.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including working experience with Microsoft O365.
• Manage varied tasks as assigned.
