Our client is seeking a Rewinder Machine Operator to join their team. As a Rewinder Machine Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting wire winding operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, safety consciousness, and reliability, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Rewinder Machine Operator

Location: Hanover, PA

Pay Range: $27 an hour

Shift: 2nd and 3rd shifts available
This is a seasonal position lasting 2 to 3 months

What's the Job?

• Safely operate and random wind wire of various sizes and types into specified spools and coils
• Load pay-off devices, perform butt welding and grinding of wire
• Change and maintain dies, apply lubricants, and thread machines
• Make minor adjustments to machinery to ensure proper operation
• Properly tie, secure, and identify spools with appropriate labels and stamps

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial wire winding or similar manufacturing roles
• Proficiency with micrometers, tape measures, and process control inspection tools
• Ability to follow standard work procedures and safety protocols
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to complete forms and reports accurately
