Department: Customer Support

Reporting Structure: Customer Support Manager

ValueAdd Research and Analytics Solutions LLP is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Live Chat Support Agent to join our team in the Outsourcing/Offshoring industry. As a Live Chat Support Agent, you will be responsible for providing real-time support to customers through our online chat platform. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for helping customers, we want to hear from you!

Location: United States (Remote)

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions in a timely manner
  • Assist customers with product information, account inquiries, and technical issues
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints or issues
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus
  • Proficiency in typing and navigating computer systems
