Job Description

Our customer, a global alternative legal services and consulting firm , is seeking a Legal Delivery Manager to join its team. The manager will have extensive involvement in the Firm's legal technology, AI enablement, and managed services delivery. The Manager will support ongoing managed services projects while also contributing to the design, deployment, and optimization of tech-enabled legal solutions across multiple service lines.

Duration: Full-time - direct hire role

Location: Atlanta, Georgia (Hybrid)

Weekly Hours: 40 hours per week

Responsibilities and Duties:

A. Managed Services Oversight

• Lead triage and delivery coordination for contract-managed service engagements.
• Lead discussions with client stakeholders and executives with data-driven insights in a clear and confident manner.
• Ensure SLA compliance, client satisfaction, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with offshore/onshore teams and tech platforms to optimize delivery.

B. Legal Project Management

• Lead and manage legal service projects across:
• Contracting: contract lifecycle management, negotiation, and remediation.
• Legal Research: leveraging AI and traditional tools for precedent and statutory analysis.
• Document Review: managing eDiscovery and investigation review teams, workflows, and quality control.
• Filings: coordinating regulatory, litigation, and compliance submissions.
• Manage delivery timelines, resource allocation, and reporting across multiple clients.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align delivery with strategic goals.
• Support proposal development, onboarding, and client success metrics.
