Custodian Pay: $9.50

What Custodians Do:

• Efficiently working throughout the entire work shift to clean client buildings (dusting, mopping, sweeping, cleaning restrooms, and trash pulling)
• Maximizing the quality of service delivered to our customers and presenting a good company image
• Using supplies and equipment properly to clean buildings
• Continuously looking for ways to improve efficiency, quality, and customer service.

What A Custodian Will Be Measured On:

• Perfect attendance no unexcused absences, tardies
• Great customer feedback
• Start on time and work within budgeted hours
• Minimize accidents and damage
• Find and fix problems

Custodian Requirements:

• Reliable transportation
• Must be willing to consent to/pass a background screen
• Authorized to work in the U.S. - We Use E-Verify
• Strong work ethic and desire for long-term employment
• We use E-Verify to verify employment eligibility for workers.
