You will be joining our growing IT team, responsible for all central systems and end-user support. In this role, you’ll lead efforts to streamline, automate, and scale IT operations while ensuring secure, reliable, and efficient support across the organization. You’ll partner closely with the Head of IT to manage support requests and drive infrastructure and automation initiatives.

This position is ideal for an experienced IT professional with deep expertise across device management (MDM), Windows and macOS support, and Microsoft 365 administration.

Key Responsibilities

Lead deployment, configuration, and lifecycle management of endpoints across Windows and macOS environments using Intune and Jamf Pro

Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate system administration and streamline IT workflows

Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and security features

Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for Windows, macOS, and mobile (iOS/Android) devices

Manage and monitor Microsoft Defender and Sentinel environments to maintain endpoint security posture

Support and enhance video conferencing systems (e.g., Zoom) and related AV technologies

Partner with cross-functional teams to drive endpoint security, automation, and device compliance initiatives

Minimum Qualifications

5+ years of desktop support experience across Windows and macOS

Strong background in technical troubleshooting and system administration

5+ years supporting Office 365 / Microsoft 365 environments

Advanced PowerShell scripting experience for automation and reporting

Proven experience managing MDM platforms, including Intune and Jamf Pro

Familiarity with Microsoft Defender and Sentinel for endpoint protection

Active or eligible for security clearance

Preferred Qualifications

Advanced administration experience with Intune and Jamf Pro

Experience supporting Android, iPhone, and iPad devices

Strong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills

Familiarity with network systems including Wi-Fi, VLANs, and related infrastructure

Experience with endpoint deployment automation systems

Experience administering Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.)

Knowledge of 802.1x, RADIUS, and NAC implementations

Experience providing executive-level support

Within 1 month, you’ll

· Complete our onboarding program designed to get you up to speed on our business, vision and team 

· Gain an understanding about how your role fits into LeoLabs broader organization 

· Ramp up on current onboarding and support processes 

Within 3 months, you’ll

· Be deeply involved with the onboarding for all new employees 

· Work towards upgrading our existing wireless setup 

· Understand our systems and actively streamlining support requests 

· Work towards streamlining our computer deployments 

Within 6 months, you’ll

· Streamlined the onboarding experience 

· Work toward automating the new hire setup 

· Settled on awifi upgrade path 

· Worked with our Software teams to streamline and automate vulnerability management 

Within 12 months, you’ll

· Have automated the new account setup process 

· Streamlined new computer rollouts using automation tools 

· Deep understanding of our support processes and actively finding ways to improve them 

· Upgraded wifi setup with additional security and authentication 

· Have a deep understanding of our IT infrastructure and created a plan to streamline and enhance
