LSI seeks a skilled and reliable  Residential HVAC Installer to join our clients team. This is a  DIRECT HIRE  position.

The ideal candidate will have experience installing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential homes and light commercial . This role involves performing installations of HVAC systems and components, ensuring quality workmanship, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install residential HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and thermostats
• Review job specifications to determine installation procedures
• Load and unload materials and equipment at job sites
• Conduct start-ups and basic system testing to ensure proper functionality
• Follow local HVAC codes and regulations for all installations
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Communicate effectively with homeowners, supervisors, and team members
• Provide guidance to apprentices or helpers as needed
• Complete installation paperwork and document job completion
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in residential HVAC installation preferred
• EPA Certification (Type I & II or Universal)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in confined spaces and varying temperatures
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Schedule:

 

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime
