Hospitality & Office Support Associate

Location: Boston, MA
Pay Rate: $23/hour (weekly pay)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM start, 40 hours/week
Dress Code: Business Casual
About the Role

PeopleShare is hiring a Hospitality & Office Support Associate! This position focuses on providing exceptional hospitality and administrative support in a professional office environment.
Responsibilities

• Set up and break down conference rooms for meetings and events
• Prepare beverage and food service for meetings
• Maintain inventory and order supplies
• Keep kitchens and pantries clean and stocked
• Provide back-up receptionist coverage during lunch and vacation periods
• Assist with general office tasks such as mail handling and supply distribution

What We're Looking For

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to stay calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Hospitality or hotel/restaurant experience preferred
• Basic computer skills

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to lift and move items as needed
• Professional demeanor and "white glove" service mindset
