We’re seeking a compassionate, experienced Director of Nursing to guide our clinical team and ensure exceptional resident care in a welcoming, rural senior living community.
What You’ll DoLead, mentor, and develop a strong nursing team
Oversee resident assessments & personalized care plans
Ensure regulatory compliance, safety, and clinical excellence
Collaborate with physicians, staff, residents, and families
Manage audits, incident reports, and medication practices
RN (RN required)
4+ years of nursing leadership (preferred)
Experience in senior care, geriatric nursing, or memory care
Strong communication, judgment, and team-building skills
A servant-leader mindset and passion for resident-centered care

Salary: $85,000 – $110,823 (based on experience) with very lucrative quarterly bonuses

The salary range for this position is $69,377 to $110,823. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, Pegasus Senior Living (PSL) offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package employees, including medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage, disability insurance, 401(k) with match, paid time off (PTO), Flexible hours for better work-life balance, Employee assistance program.(all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements)., Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards.
