Freight Broker:
B4 Logistics, Inc is an asset-based freight brokerage. We are seeking an experienced freight broker.
The candidate for this position will be expected to bring a current book of business. B4 Logistics does a massive amount of marketing nationwide, this provides daily live leads from manufacturers and other Industrial businesses that are ready to ship. This gives individuals the opportunity to grow their book of business.
As an experienced freight broker, we are looking for someone that is presentable, has excellent communication skills, navigate through stressful situations, able prioritize tasks efficiently, and be a team player. As a company we make teamwork a priority and ensure everyone has the proper tools to be successful.
Compensation Two Options:
Salary: Full salary with performance bonuses.
Commission: Book of business required 70/30 split 1099 contract.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in transportation, sales, and freight brokerage experienced mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of carrier sales and the ability to negotiate rates.
- Proficient in data entry and comfortable working with various software systems
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
