Role Overview:

Sodexo is seeking a Food Production Manager for SSM Health St Mary's Hospital in Jefferson City, MO . The Food Production Manager will oversee inventory, purchasing, and general kitchen management for the medical campus. This strategic leader will come with a background in inventory management and have a proven ability to lead and develop teams in a culinary setting.

 

What You'll Do:

• oversee all procurement, purchasing, and inventory management
• help implement and standardize all culinary systems and procedures
• supervise, develop, and mentor frontline staff
• assist with scheduling and time-keeping
• help create menus based on client needs
• help create interpersonal relationships with clients
