We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Advocate to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with families to provide support, resources, and guidance to help them navigate various challenges. This role requires strong communication skills, empathy, and a commitment to improving the well-being of families in our community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a liaison between families and community resources, ensuring access to necessary services.
- Provide emotional support and guidance to families facing challenges.
- Conduct assessments to identify family needs and develop tailored support plans.
- Facilitate workshops and informational sessions on relevant topics for families.
- Collaborate with social service agencies, schools, and other organizations to advocate for family needs.
- Maintain accurate records of family interactions and services provided.
- Stay informed about community resources and services available to families.

Requirements:Skills and Qualifications:
