Executive Sous Chef Opportunity – $90K Base + Bonus
Location: Relocation Assistance Available

We are seeking a talented and driven Executive Sous Chef to join our team at a boutique, chef-driven restaurant known for its exceptional reputation and loyal following. Specializing in Asian-Fusion cuisine , this is an exciting opportunity for a culinary professional with sushi handling experience to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience with whole fish butchery
• Proficiency in sushi roll preparation and handling
• Passion for Asian-Fusion cuisine and innovative cooking techniques
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to oversee day-to-day kitchen operations
• Knowledge of cost and labor systems

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily culinary operations, ensuring quality and consistency
• Coordinate food and kitchenware orders
• Check the freshness and quality of ingredients
• Assist in menu development and standardize recipes and plate presentations
• Collaborate with management to create memorable guest experiences

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in culinary arts, cooking, or related fields
• Strong knowledge of food preparation, cost control, and kitchen management
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and lead a team effectively
