Vaco has partnered with a well-established organization seeking an experienced ERP Selection Consultant to lead the evaluation and selection of a new ERP system. This role is ideal for a candidate with strong ERP advisory experience and knowledge of mid-market solutions.

 
Job Title: ERP Selection Consultant (Project Manager) 

Location: Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid) 

Pay Rate: $60 - $70 per hour (likely part-time) 

Project Duration: 3+ months 

• Assess current business processes and develop a comprehensive needs analysis for ERP selection 

• Collaborate with leadership to define requirements and selection criteria

• Facilitate vendor evaluations and assist in decision-making process 

• Provide guidance on implementation planning and timeline considerations 

 
Qualifications: 

• BS in Accounting, Finance, or related field 

• Proven experience advising organizations on ERP selection and implementation strategies 

• Familiarity with mid-market ERP systems 

• Strong understanding of accounting operational workflows 

• Flexible availability (part-time or full-time as needed) 

• Ability to commit to duration and needs of the project

• the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
• licensure and certification requirements;

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco by Highspring believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
