Duration 6/27/25-1/2/26 Fully remote - few onsite visits Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage all phases of Epic Ambulatory-related projects, including planning, execution, and go-live support. Coordinate cross-functional project teams including clinical, technical, and operational stakeholders. Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, risk logs, budgets, and resource allocations. Facilitate Epic-specific workflows, integrations, and change management processes. Work closely with Epic Ambulatory analysts and builders to validate scope, ensure timely configuration, and meet project deliverables. Serve as the primary liaison between clinical departments and IT during the project lifecycle. Track and report on key project milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies to senior leadership. Ensure compliance with HIPAA, HITECH, and other applicable healthcare regulations. Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and go-live readiness activities. Conduct post-implementation reviews and lessons learned. Qualifications: Required: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. 5+ years of project management experience, with at least 2 years in Epic Ambulatory implementations or support. Epic Ambulatory certification or Epic Project Manager certification (current or within 6 months of hire). Proven ability to manage complex healthcare IT projects. Strong understanding of ambulatory clinical workflows and EHR systems. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills. Preferred: PMP or equivalent project management certification. Experience in change management and process improvement methodologies.
