We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Database Operations Coordinator to support our team through a system transition and ongoing data management initiatives. This role will focus on maintaining and organizing customer data, supporting multiple projects simultaneously, and assisting with administrative and CRM-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the transition and management of company databases, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
• Maintain and update customer lists and related records.
• Assist with administrative and project coordination tasks as assigned.
• Collaborate across departments to support teams located on the West Coast and internationally; flexibility with time zones is required.
• Handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Provide support for CRM tools and processes (experience with Salesforce or similar systems preferred).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Prior database management or data analysis experience (internship experience acceptable).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with administrative support and CRM systems (Salesforce or similar).
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
• Professional demeanor and strong problem-solving skills.

Additional Details:

• This is a contract position expected to run through the new year in 2026, with potential for extension based on performance and business needs.
• Candidates must be comfortable adapting their schedules periodically to align with West Coast and international time zones.
