This Position reports to:

The work model for the role is:
Onsite, Mebane, NC Your role and responsibilities: \n - Conducts test protocols, as assigned, to ensure the parts, products, and systems meet specified requirements and customer expectations for incoming, manufacturing or final inspection quality, as applicable.
\n - Supports quality control needs and activities for supplier quality, production quality, testing, and validation, as applicable in the local organization.
\n - Assists in specific quality-related training, promoting a passion for quality and integrity in all actions, with a focus on result orientation.
\n - Reports quality issues data, ensuring adherence to quality management system at all stages.
\n - Collaborates in improving existing test protocols and capability, resulting in greater efficiency, and accuracy.
\n - Evaluates quantitative metrics that provide descriptive data for the determination of compliance with requirements.
\n - Trains local operational teams in quality assurance and testing routines and verifies that testing is performed as a part of the specified control plans.

Qualifications for the role: \n - Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
\n - Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards preferred.
\n - Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
\n - Skilled in using measurement and inspection tools.
\n - Experience with non-conformance documentation preferred.
\n - Understanding of manufacturing and assembly processes.
\n - Basic knowledge of statistical analysis tools.
\n - Experience with ERP or MES systems (SAP preferred).
\n - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
\n - Effective verbal and written communication skills.
\n - Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
\n - Knowledge of continuous improvement tools preferred.
\n - High school diploma or equivalent required.
\n - Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
\n - Ability to safely use a ladder and lift/push/pull up to 40 lbs.
\n - Certifications such as Certified Quality Inspector or Six Sigma Yellow/Green Belt are a plus.
