\nWho You Are:
\n\n
Personable, Energetic, Safety-focused CDL driver with a clean driving record and a proven ability to navigate diverse routes and consistently delivers product on time.
\n\n
What You Will Be Doing:
\nDrive truck with capacity of more than 3 tons to transport glass products to and from specified destinations
\nDistribute invoices and delivery tickets for completed load drop-offs
\nMaintain truck log according to state and federal regulations
\nMaintain telephone and/or radio contact with supervisor to receive delivery instructions
\nLoad glass freight and unload delivery truck
\nOperate Moffett (truck-mounted forklift) to safely load and unload glass— Moffett experience is required
\nInspect truck equipment and supplies such as tires, lights, brakes, gas, oil, and water
\nEnsure DOT compliance, legal certifications, and Hours of Service (HOS) tracking in accordance with SAMSARA regulations
\nPerform other assigned duties
\nSkills You Bring:
\nMust have a valid CDL license
\nMust pass Driver’s Testing, DOT Physical/Drug Testing, and Background Screening
\nClean driving record
\nMoffett operation experience is required
\nAbility to perform physical duties such as frequently sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, and kneeling
\nAbility to occasionally work in environments with moving mechanical parts, precarious places, and outside weather conditions
\nMust be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 75 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds
\nMust be able to stay overnight if needed
