Overview Join Ramudden Global NA, the leading international provider of temporary traffic management and urban safety solutions, as we launch our U.S. Seaboard Expansion. The Depot Manager will be responsible for driving business development and sales of our road safety products and services. Operating both in the field and from our depot, you will build strong relationships with contractors, construction companies, municipalities, and other key clients to promote our offerings and close deals. Sales growth will be an important part of this position’s overall responsibilities. Your work will be integral to support safe construction zones and traffic control efforts across the region. We serve more than 10,000 customers with a mission that drives every decision: “to get people home safely every day.” Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Promote the rental and sale of road safety equipment such as Barrier Wall Systems, Crash Impact Attenuators, Electronic Sign Boards, Portable Traffic Signals & Auto Flaggers, Crash Trucks, Temporary Condition Signs, etc. Offer consultative selling of related services, such as traffic control planning, equipment setup, and removal. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, quotes, and proposals. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely and accurate product delivery and service execution. Stay up to date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activity. Attend trade shows, networking events, and client meetings as required. Other duties as assigned Qualifications 3+ years’ experience in B2B sales, preferably within the construction, safety, or industrial sectors. Strong understanding of road safety equipment and traffic control products is an asset. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
