Position Overview:
As a Data Engineer at Paradise Architectural PANELS & STEEL, you will play a crucial role in the development and maintenance of our data infrastructure. You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining our data pipelines and data warehouses, as well as ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain data pipelines to support our business needs
- Develop and maintain data warehouses for efficient storage and retrieval of data
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data through data quality checks and data validation processes
- Identify and implement improvements to our data infrastructure to increase efficiency and scalability
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in data engineering and analytics
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in data engineering or a similar role
- Proficient in SQL and experience with database technologies (e.g. MySQL, PostgreSQL)
- Experience with ETL tools and data integration techniques
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and technologies (e.g. Snowflake, Redshift)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
