About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to take on a pivotal role in the organization. The CFO will be responsible for all financial matters, including overseeing the structure and processes for current financial activities, maintaining and updating financial and accounting policies, and managing short and long-term financial planning. This role also involves ensuring financial compliance with all relevant regulations, overseeing internal controls, and coordinating the annual external audit. The CFO will lead and supervise multiple administrative departments, such as finance, facilities, compliance, and human resources, and must demonstrate strong leadership, the ability to adapt to change, and a commitment to a deadline-oriented workplace. Candidates for the CFO position at the company should have a BBA or BS in accounting, business, or a related field, with a CPA being a plus. A minimum of 5 years' of executive-level experience, preferably in a non-profit setting, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in fiscal management, setting priorities, and guiding investment in people and systems. Responsibilities also include department oversight, leading compliance operations, and fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration. The CFO will work closely with the executive team to develop and implement organization-wide strategies and must be adept at identifying opportunities for workflow improvements and implementing continuous quality enhancements.
