We specialize in helping seniors and individuals with disabilities remain safe, independent, and cared for in the comfort of their own homes. Position Summary We are seeking a dependable, compassionate, and detail-oriented Care Coordinator to join our administrative team. In this role, you will support day-to-day operations by managing client care plans, coordinating caregivers, and ensuring timely service delivery in compliance with state regulations.
