🚗🌿 Now Hiring: Hybrid Budtender & Delivery Driver (Full-Time) - La Mesa, CA

Pay: $17/hr + Tips | $0.70/mile Reimbursement | Health, Dental, Vision, PTO

Do you have a passion for cannabis and a reliable ride? EMBR is hiring Hybrid Budtenders & Delivery Drivers to join our growing team in La Mesa, CA ! This unique position combines in-store budtending with on-the-road cannabis delivery - perfect for someone who thrives on variety, customer service, and cannabis culture.
💼 What You'll Do:

In-Store (Budtending):

• Greet customers and provide personalized product recommendations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked retail space
• Accurately process transactions and follow compliance procedures
• Stay up to date on cannabis products, promotions, and industry trends

On the Road (Delivery Driving):

• Use your personal vehicle to deliver orders safely and professionally
• Verify orders, handle transactions, and collect customer signatures
• Ensure compliance with all delivery protocols and regulations
• Track mileage and communicate effectively with dispatch

Schedule:

• 3-5 shifts/week (5-8 hours each), between 6:30 AM - 9:30 PM
• Must be available weekends, holidays, mornings, and evenings
• Shifts include a combination of in-store and delivery duties

• What We're Looking For:

• Cannabis knowledge required (strains, consumption methods, compliance)
• Budtending experience preferred , especially in a licensed dispensary
• Must be 21+ with a valid California ID
• 2+ years of customer service; 1+ year of retail or delivery experience
• Valid California driver's license and clean driving record
• Reliable personal vehicle with proof of insurance
• Smartphone with GPS capabilities
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or drive for long periods
• Must pass a LiveScan background check
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus!
