Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Bilingual Recruiter to join our team. This individual will be responsible for being the primary point of contact for our clients. This role involves understanding client needs, managing relationships, and ensuring the successful full-cycle recruitment of candidates to fill those needs. The ideal candidate will have three to five years of experience in the staffing industry and be bilingual in English and Spanish, allowing for effective communication with a diverse applicant and client base. Pay, Schedule, and Location

  • Ranging from $50,000 - $55,000 annually paid weekly plus bonus potential
  • Excellent benefits package: Medical, Dental, and Vision
  • 8 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday. Managers must also be available after hours based on client needs
  • Located in Houston, Texas (opportunity for hybrid schedule)

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Source and identify talent, interview, and present top-tier candidates to clients across various industries using job boards, LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, ATS, and networking strategies
  • Partner with hiring managers and clients to deeply understand hiring needs, team dynamics, and ideal candidate profiles
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including client and company intake calls, candidate submissions, interview coordination, feedback loops, and offer negotiations
  • Maintain and grow strong client relationships through consistent communication, deliver excellence, and market insight
  • Build and manage a pipeline of active and passive talent through proactive outreach and engagement campaigns
  • Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, submittal-to-hire ratio, client satisfaction to optimize performance, and more
  • Comfortability generating job descriptions, job ads, and job-related content for talent and client review
  • Collaborate with Branch Manager, team members, and internal teams to ensure alignment on candidate strategy, client priorities, and market conditions
  • Regularly completes documentation related to client details, job updates and details, as well as contractors
  • Maintains active contractor communications related to job assignments, attendance, performance, and job changes
  • Stay updated on labor market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive intelligence to advise clients and candidates effectively
  • Ensure compliance with legal and ethical hiring standards across all stages of the recruitment process
  • Perform candidate onboarding and pre-employment screenings required such as onboarding paperwork, verification of employment authorization, drug screens, and background checks
  • Process weekly timesheets and collaborate with internal payroll team

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bilingual (English & Spanish) required
  • Possesses a minimum of 3 to 5 years of agency recruiting in the office and professional experience capacity
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite, Google Workspace, or equivalent applications for internal and external communications
  • Demonstrates knowledge of EEO policy
  • Highly organized multitasker who works well in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to shift team initiatives and client needs
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision and also collaborate with the team
  • Previous experience utilizing job boards such as ZipRecruiter, Indeed, and LinkedIn is preferred, but not required
