Description Position Purpose: The ARMI Administrative Assistant serves the team on various administrative levels while always maintaining a professional working environment and positive attitude as well as confidentiality due to the sensitivity of certain job tasks.
Essential Duties: - Assists by reading, researching, routing correspondence, drafting letters and documents, and collecting and analyzing information.
- Document the progress of various projects through Monday.com.
- Assists ARMI leadership with managing calendars.
- Submit and track all interdepartmental request forms as needed.
- Assists with event coordination, to include details associated with planning and execution.
- Order event-related products.
- Coordinate volunteer activities.
- Attends various types of meetings as requested.
- Assists with travel arrangements.
- Manage digital records.
- Schedules meetings, prepares agendasand ensures notices go out to all participants.
- Assist with purchases and check requests through Administrative Systems
- Acts as a liaison and administrative support for the ARMI team.
- Maintain inventory supplies and ARMI storage room organization.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: - Good verbal and written communication skills
- Great problem-solving skills
- Must have strong administrative and organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Must have strong time management skills.
- Must be able to deal with confidential information discreetly and professionally.
- Must have excellent customer service skills and phone etiquette.
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively with peers, managers, and across departments.
- Must be able to effectively operate Windows-based computer and navigate Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-directed and self-motivated with good judgment skills
Requirements: - Must have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
- Must sign the Statement of Faith.
- A high school diploma or equivalent education is required.
- Charis Bible College student or graduate is preferred.
- Must pass all required checks.
Experience: - 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
- 1-2 administrative experience required.
- Compensation is commensurate with experience.
