Apartment Leasing Agents Needed 

We are currently hiring EXPERIENCED Apartment Leasing Agents to work in the property management industry.

Apartment Leasing Agent Responsibilities:

• Collect rent payments and deliver late notices
• Provide excellent customer service to all residents and potential residents
• Filing of lease agreements, late notices, rent payments, etc
• Apartment Leasing Agents are responsible for posting all marketing ads
• Submit work order requests

Requirements of an Apartment Leasing Agent:

• Great Customer Service
• Self-starter with a proactive approach to accomplishing daily responsibilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be able to work SATURDAYS AND SUNDAYS
• Apartment Leasing Agents must have at least 6 months experience in Property Management
